Compliance with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive

March 22, 2005

Dear Radicom Customers:

Radicom Research is committed to the compliance with the RoHS Directive issued by EU that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products bound for Europe.  The substances include Cadmium, Mercury, Lead and Hexavalent Chromium, along with Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDE) Flame Retardant.

Our goal is to have our products bound for sale to Europe compliant to RoHS requirements by December 31, 2005.

Radicom has formed a corporate-wide compliance team that is headed by senior management, including key personnel of engineering, procurement, quality assurance, manufacturing, operation and R&D departments involved in the team.  The team meets regularly to assess the impact on our current and future operations.  We are also working very closely with our vendors including passive and active components, plastic housing, connectors and manufacturing partners as well to assure our achievement of timely RoHS compliance.

Currently all of our major product lines are being evaluated and qualified in respect to meeting the RoHS requirements.

Should you have any questions concerning RoHS compliance of our products, please feel free to contact us at 1-408-383-9006 ext. 112 or by email to sales@radi.com.

Sincerely,

Radicom Research, Inc.
